Why the timeout?

Our U.S. manufacturing partner is still working through the last bits of tooling and materials impacted by the recent tariff shuffle. Rather than bill you for something we don’t have in hand—we decided a short pause is the cleanest, fairest option for everyone.

What this means for you

  • No subscription charges while we’re on hold (your billing date will simply shift forward).
  • Your place in line stays locked—pre‑order customers and existing subscribers will ship first as soon as the new inventory rolls off the line.
  • We’ll email you the moment we have a firm ship date so you can adjust, skip, or cancel before anything is billed.
